The Bill (Reg. No.3653) ratifies amendments to Article 22 of the Constitution of the Crimean Autonomous Republic adopted by the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic on 17 September 2008 that envisage prolongation of the period of authorities of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic from four to five years.
